After the Webform update from 6.2.0-beta6 to 6.2.5: I'm getting an Error while getting file URL in the Email.

I did update from Webform version 6.2.0-beta6 to webform version 6.2.5

    I have created a custom token for the PDF link but after the Drupal update (from 10.1.6 to 10.2.7) this is not working.
    Please find the attached screenshot (the token is visible in available tokens)

    [webform_submission:webform_download_file:htmldecode] is a custom token. I am not sure what changed to impact your custom code. I am guessing you have fixed or debugged the issue in your custom code. Please reopen if there is a reproduciable issue or regression in the Webform module.
