Drop support for Drupal 8

Problem/Motivation

We still list Drupal 8 as a supported version. I strongly suspect that deprecation changes over the years mean it will not actually work on D8.

Proposed resolution

My view is we should only support Drupal versions covered by automated testing. Currently that means 9.5+. When 11.0 becomes the current version it will move to 10.0.

Remaining tasks

Update smart_trum.yml and change the smart_trim.info.yml value only support versions of 9.5 or higher.
