Working with Openfed 12.2.1
AND
following patches:

• "#3044002: Accessibility - Platform Name and Aria Label issue.": "https://git.drupalcode.org/project/social_media_links/-/merge_requests/1...",

According to QA, we should remove aria label, so we need another patch.

Since the patches in 🐛 Accessibility - Platform Name and Aria Label issue. RTBC are not what QA expects, I created an additional patch, in attachment.
