Move test and example submodules to the tests/modules subdirectory

Problem/Motivation

Now the module provides two submodules, intended only for tests or as examples:
test_helpers_example
test_helpers_test

Marking them as hidden seems an outdated way, and it's better to move them into the 'tests/modules' directory.

Hmm, for some reason the Drupal.org tests fail, but running tests locally - works well. Will investigate this.
