Text format for log messages must be saved in configuration in order to apply it

Problem/Motivation

eLogger saves messages in some plain format showing html tags as text.

Only after "Text format for log messages" (in my case "full html") is manually saved on the page /admin/config/system/elogger/log-messages

What is irritading is that the format full html is already selected, but not applied. So I never got the idea to save the form ...
After I did log message are properly saved/displayed.
Maybe add this to the installation readme or module page.

1. install the module
2. goto /admin/config/system/elogger/log-messages
3. select your text format
4. save configuration
