Add core Link module as a requirement

Problem/Motivation

I was testing this module on a fresh install of Drupal 10.3.1 with the minimal profile and I couldn't get what was this module doing because I did not have the link module enabled. If I understood correctly, ie. that this module only provides a new field formatting specifically for Link field types, you should add drupal:link as a dependency in button_link.info.yml
