I can't get it to work?

Problem/Motivation

Hi, I read To display recently read, just add a relationship to view and enable tracking in the module configuration
Do I need to make a relationship in my content view, to see the block?
I have set the configuration, but nothing shows on my content/node pages. Is there a video tutorial or anything else.
Sorry I just do not get it to work, and need a small hinge. Thanks!
