It's not possible to change and update Domain navigation block settings

Steps to reproduce

Place block "Domain navigation" into block layout

Change default configuration values (Link paths, Link theme, Link text)

Save block configuration

Open block configuration again

Selected options weren't saved

The same behaviour applies to the previously created “Domain Navigation” block - it is not possible to update the old settings.
