Cant rate/vote on any widget as admin, get ajax error

I get the following error when trying to vote

ajax_form=1&_wrapper_format=drupal_ajax: ajax.$form.ajaxSubmit is not a function

All seems ok when voting as an anonymous user/authenticated user in various browsers but I can't seem to vote as admin.
