Thank you for reporting this issue.
The module is fully installed, but there appears to be a problem with cache rebuilding.
After installing the module using Drush, please "clear all caches" once from the admin/config/development/performance page. This should resolve the issue.
I am currently working on a solution to ensure that after installing the module via Drush, there is no need to manually clear all caches and the module routes are automatically set in the cache.

on my own side i am facing the issue wth PHP 8.2+Dr 10.3
