Make BPMN default and recommended modeller

Problem/Motivation

To more easily onboard new ECA users, a default modeller could be pre-chosen and recommended, so that they don't have to first understand the difference between the currently three available models, before getting started using ECA.

The default and recommended modeller should be BPMN.

@jurgenhaas:

[...] the relationship to modellers could now be re-positioned as I spoke to @mxh, the maintainer of the classic modeller, last night. He agreed that we can and should make it as obvious as possible, that bpmn_io is the way to go. The other alternatives (camunda and eca_cm) will stay around, but we don't need to mention them as prominent as we currently do. And we could even discourage people from using them, pretty much like the updated project page of the classic modeller.

Steps to reproduce

As a new user, want to try ECA, but give up, because there's too much to study and set up, before actually creating your first basic rule.

Proposed resolution

Make getting started with ECA easier, by selecting sane defaults, in this case a default and recommended modeller, which will be BPMN.

    I've commented in the related issue and wonder, how this one isn't a duplicate issue of the other one. Can you explain what the purpose should be of these two separate issues?

    That other issue is about README, and I just wanted to separate them. But let's close this one.
