Problem/Motivation

Media Alt text is missing after this issue is merged https://www.drupal.org/project/provus/issues/3460361 → .
The height of the footer in Provus with default content and Provus without default content is different.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Add back the Alt Text field.
Add a fixed height for the footer.
