Some components are missing from storybook

Problem/Motivation

When looking at storybook, a number of components are missing such as the various cards.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install 10.3.1
  2. Apply required core patch and clear cache
  3. Enable required modules
  4. Install CT and put as default theme
  5. Go to theme directory and run npm run build
  6. Run npm run storybook
  7. View storybook components and note some are missing
