securityDefinitions has incorrect URLs if site is installed under a folder

I have Drupal installed under a folder and in that case the "x-tokenUrl" is returned as "http://localhost//foldersession/token".

I think we should change and use the global variable provided by Drupal called "$base_url" or use the Url::fromRoute.
