Add 'other' value to the list of choices should be defaulted to false

Problem/Motivation

The option "Add 'other' value to the list of choices" can lead to extremely long lists and moderation issues (where an user would type inappropriate content, making it available to every other users).

Proposed resolution

Defaulting the option to false, and adding some description related to these risks.
