Ensure Canada Colorway is using proper font sizes (again)

Problem/Motivation

Currently everywhere Monserrat is used as a heading it has a different font-size. 🐛 Ensure Canada Colorway is using proper font sizes Fixed resolved some of these issues but did not apply the settings to all components.

Steps to reproduce

Enable the Y Canada colorway.

Proposed resolution

Ensure overrides have priority over components.
