Problem/Motivation

Issue ✨ purge the logs(like watchdog) Fixed adds a config file with some settings for the module, but nothing is going to add this for existing sites.

This causes, at least a notice/warning in http_client_log_cron when it tries to get the settings.

Aside: I also note that if this module is following semver, then it should probably have bumped the minor version when adding this feature, and not the patch version because ✨ purge the logs(like watchdog) Fixed wasn't fixing a bug.

Steps to reproduce

Upgrade the module from a pre 1.1.1 release.

Proposed resolution

Introduce an update hook to add the config for existing site installs.

Agree that an update hook should be added, and add it.
