Problem/Motivation

Need to update the swagger-ui library as per the openapi spec.
Swagger-ui readme file: https://github.com/swagger-api/swagger-ui?tab=readme-ov-file#compatibility

Currently swagger-ui 3.0.17 supports openapi spec 2.0 whereas latest tag 5 supports version 2, 3 and 3.1 of openapi spec.
