Problem/Motivation

In the last year, the first-time contributors workshop has had a refresh in content thanks to the hard work of @volkswagenchick and @ChrisDarke.

Proposed resolution

Change the current YouTube video link to one of the latest workshops given at Portland2024 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wjXoNfe7Cas or https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wuB9Q1SrDHo, or an updated edited video recording.

Remaining tasks

Questions:

- Should we use the Portland2024 content or should we wait on an updated video recording? The former could help drive user engagement of the Drupal Association YouTube account. The latter relies on more hard work, but may be a better experience than watching the DrupalCon session video.
