To load the embed, Drupal uses an iframe as the media source, the content of which is loaded from /media/oembed. This ensures that the external content is loaded in an iframe.
1) Due to the changed URL klaro may do not recognise the external source and cannot block it. Maybe a hint in the regex input field for `/media/oembed?url=` might be helpful.
2) The iframe path `/media/oembed` must be excluded. Maybe add an option for this and enable by default because the separate iframe URL cannot be handled correctly by klaro.
Create a Drupal Media Entity with an oEmbed and use this with klaro.
