Media library button doesnt activate

Problem/Motivation

The Media Library modal does not display.

Note, this may be as a result of upgrading to Drupal 10.3.

If gin_lb is uninstalled, things work as expected.

Steps to reproduce

Clicking a Media Library's _Add media library_ in the block form of a custom block does not show the UI.

The AJAX request goes through, but nothing displays.

Curiously, if you dont reload the page, but close the block edit sidebar, then re-open it, then try to use the button, it works!

This happens when using the Media Library button for entity reference fields. (per GIF)

    Tried releases 1.0.0-rc7 through 1.0.0-rc3.

    More testing notes:

    The add more button for multicardinality fields as provided by core, which triggers an ajax request and html modification, continues to work as expected.
