Seperate menu overlay for main menu from menu component

Problem/Motivation

Currently all menu components with a data-mobile attribute add a top level body class that was designed for the main menu specifically, this needs to be reduced to only control locking the page in place and the main menu needs to have a dedicated class or attribute be set that handles the overlay.
