An issue arose when updating from version 8.x-3.0-rc12 to 8.x-3.0-rc13. After the update, the action buttons for AJAX modals disappeared. This problem is due to the 'drupal_ajax' context being missing from the function that checks if the form is in a modal or an off-canvas dialog. As a result, the form fails to recognize when it is in an AJAX modal, causing the action buttons to not be displayed.
