Write content for updated Download page

Problem/Motivation

We need to guide users to download either Drupal Core or Drupal CMS based on their profile and goals.

Here's a link to the wireframe for the Download page: - which we need to build on to incorporate the download of both Drupal Core and Drupal CMS.
