Writing some tests that have an commerce_email config and during config validation there is an error thrown:
Drupal\Core\Config\Schema\SchemaIncompleteException: Schema errors for commerce_email.commerce_email.ID with the following errors: commerce_email.commerce_email.ID:event missing schema, commerce_email.commerce_email.ID:targetEntityType missing schema
Define event and targetEntityType in the schema.
