Add and Fix Image editing options in CKEditor

Problem/Motivation

As a content admin, I want to easily manage editing my images within the WYSIWYG so that I can create engaging pages quickly based on my design without having to settle for “close enough”.

Requirements:
-Enable the option to scale image media.
-Fix caption and link styling. Currently, the link just appears after the caption and it is confusing for the user.

Proposed resolution

- Use CKEditor Media Resize module.
- Apply the option to link the image itself so the end user would not see the actual URL but can click on the image to go to the URL.
- Fix the link option so that when added, the title appears and not the URL.
- Ensure there are no issues with the image and responsiveness.
