Document that field_encrypt breaks JSON:API filters for encrypted fields

Problem/Motivation

On the project page, under "Known issues", it states:

Since the field data is encrypted these field values will not work with Views Filters, regular, exposed or contextual.

However, this also breaks core's JSON:API filters, so let's document that, too.

Proposed resolution

I propose amending the project page as follows:

Encrypted fields cannot be filtered with Views filters (whether regular, exposed, or contextual).

In addition, JSON:API filtering will not work.
