Any plans for official release/security coverage?

I love this module. I need this module. But I'm not allowed to use modules that aren't covered by the security policy, except in select cases.

Do you all have a road map for getting to an RC? Is there anything we can do to help? If not, that's OK, I just want to make a case for using it, and if I can tell them you're shooting for XXX months from now, that helps my case.
