I am performing regular updates on a site from 10.2.7 to 10.3.1
When I updated core, I cleared cache and ran the database updates
After updating, upon trying to save one of my text formats that uses CKEditor 5 (without changing anything, just loading the page and hitting save), I get a WSOD and this error:

I was able to save the formats that do not have an editor set.
On other text formats that use CKE5, I got this error in the messages area of the form
This value must be a number of bytes, optionally with a unit such as "MB" or "megabytes". does not represent a number of bytes.
But it's not at all clear what field or setting it's referring to. I can only see one setting that even uses a number, but that's for the "Convert URLs into links."
I have been able to reproduce this on a non-local environment.
