Problem/Motivation

Error message when going to 10.2.7

Deprecated function: Creation of dynamic property Drupal\tmgmt_asymmetric_block\Events\TmgmtJobItemEvent::$jobItem is deprecated in Drupal\tmgmt_asymmetric_block\Events\TmgmtJobItemEvent->__construct() (line 28 of modules/contrib/tmgmt_asymmetric_block/src/Events/TmgmtJobItemEvent.php).

Steps to reproduce

* Go to Translate tab on an Node
* Click any of the language
* Click Request Translation
* Click Submit to provider
* Note the error message show

* Create a patch to fix deprecated issue
