Don't hyperlink user profile pics to the same page they're on

User pictures on profile pages (/u/username) are currently hyperlinked to the same page that they're on, which doesn't make much sense. I propose linking them to a full size version of the user picture, like GitHub does, for example.

We use Drupal’s regular theme('user_picture'), which adds the linking. As a general rule, we don’t fight Drupal when we don’t need to. And we are only doing limited updates to the Drupal 7 site as we migrate to modern Drupal. If Drupal 10 has changed this, we’ll see that when we get there.
