Use Composer to pull in required modules

Problem/Motivation

Currently opigno_ilt requires the following:

- h5p:h5p
- drupal:pdf
- drupal:opigno_group_manager
- drupal:opigno_skills_system

However on install, these modules may not be present in the codebase.

Add modules to composer.json require.
