Provide a stable release for the v2 branch

Problem/Motivation

In order for a release to be covered by the security advisory policy, it must be stable and supported. Unfortunately, this means that no Drupal 10 compatible release is currently covered.

Proposed resolution

Since there have been no major → or critical bug reports → against the 2.0.x branch, cut and publish a 2.0.0 release and mark it supported.
