Problem/Motivation

When clearing/removing a template from a content type and editing a page, a bunch of errors will occur when the editor tries to load the mapped fields definitions.

Steps to reproduce

Add a template to a content type.
Create a node with content.
Remove/clear the template from the content type.
Edit the node which previously had the template.
