Make translatable ARIA-label on block twig Template

Problem/Motivation

There was an ARIA-label attribute in the Twig template that was hardcoded and not translatable. This issue has now been fixed

Steps to reproduce

Check the Twig template file.
Locate the ARIA-label attribute.
Notice that the ARIA-label attribute is hardcoded and cannot be translated.

Proposed resolution

The issue has been fixed by updating the Twig template to ensure the ARIA-label attribute can be translated.
