Project Browser: Create a logo for Geocoder

I worked on this and came out with the new attached logo, that also include Kristen suggestion (that looks pertinent to me, as the Drupal Geocoder module strictly depends from the Geocoder PHP library).

As longstanding main maintainer of the Geocoder module (and unique since Drupal 8),
I felt much ok with the #6 logo version, wanted to move and fix this, thus approved it,
committing it into the 8.x-4.x dev default branch and deploying a new Leaflet 8.x-4.25 release → with it.

Feel free to open a followup issue if you have further suggestions on that ...
