No relationships for Events available in Views?

I'm trying to use this module for the first time, on a Drupal 10.3.1 default installation. I followed along the first tutorial video given on the description page, created a bookable content type, and created a view of "Event" items. But when trying to add a relationship to this view, the only option I have is "User". I don't see any of the other options that are visible in the video, namely "Booking using booking_even_reference", "State referenced from event_state_reference" and "State referenced from event_bat_unit_reference".

I realize this video is 6 years old and the module has changed in the meantime, so I'm not sure if this is a bug or if things have changed and I should do things differently now?...

(Also, as noted in issue #3454735 🐛 No Event date field in views, unlike in all the videos Needs work , the "event dates" field is not present.)
