Update documentation that config action names should be camelCase and two action names have been changed

In ✨ Rename ensure_exists to createIfNotExists, and camel-case simpleConfigUpdate for consistency RTBC , it was decided to standardize on camelCase for config action names. In that issue, ensure_exists and simple_config_update were renamed createIfNotExists and simpleConfigUpdate respectively.
