Compatibility issue with 8.x-3.0-rc11: Save button missing in media modal

Problem/Motivation

Steps to reproduce

Install gin admin theme version 8.x-3.0-rc11 on your Drupal site.
Add an image field to any content type (e.g., Article).
Create or edit a node that includes an image field.
Upload or select an image for the image field.
Click on the "Edit" button next to the uploaded image to open the media editing modal.
Observe that the modal window for editing opens, but the save button is missing.
