I've done some research - the same issue is reported for base template module https://www.drupal.org/project/ckeditor5_template/issues/3456952 π Updating core to 10.3 breaks CKEditor Fixed
So, I get the solution from commit https://git.drupalcode.org/project/ckeditor5_template/-/commit/6bd1ebbbf... that fixes our problem.
And module CKEditor5 Line Height finally works! Please, update it in your project to version 1.2.0

Adding a patch with the same changes that are currently in the MR, but that will apply to the
1.1.0
release.The patch seems to be working as is for our env on Drupal 10.4.3; line heights can be added in CKEditor5 and are respected in the editor and on the page, without PHP / JS errors.
