Make test BatchOperations only show when location set to codit_batch_operations

Problem/Motivation

Currently the test BathOperations defined by the module show by default. It would be helpful if the tests only show when the codit_batch_operations module is set as the location for the Batch operation. The exception should still allow for running them by Drush.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

  1. Remove the code that automatically adds the test operations to the Batch operation list.
  2. modify the readme to show how to see the test operations.
