Ensure contextual filter options work

As a follow-on to https://www.drupal.org/project/views_csv_source/issues/3446008 🐛 Fix contextual filters Fixed , some of the options in the contextual filter do not work, such as the ability to have the argument be case-insensitive. We should also test transforming spaces in the argument to dashes in the URL.
