User interface changes

Update UI microcopy on batch operations

Navigate to the Operation List summary. Edit content to: Each script includes the name, description, date, and status of the last run.

Navigate to the Run operation confirmation page. Edit content to: Select Yes, run operation now to run. (where Yes, run operation now is bolded)
