Log list is picking up Base theme instead of admin theme

Problem/Motivation

When visiting the log list page /admin/config/development/batch_operations/log
it is being rendered using the default theme (Olivero) instead of the admin theme (claro).
This makes it seem inconsistent. The same is true for the log pages themselves
