Search API hardcodes the embeddings to OpenAI's embeddings model.
We need to move this to using the AI Provider and the embeddings that come from each provider. We will need the provider to support embeddings models from OpenAI, HuggingFace and other providers that provide embeddings models. We need some way of being able to select which embeddings model you want to use and any relevant settings.
