"Edit media" causes error in Firefox (but not in Chrome)

Drupal 10.2.7

1. Mac OS - Only Firefox
2. Windows ->Firefox, Chrome
3. Ubuntu ->Firefox, Chrome

Windows ->Firefox, Chrome
On layout builder page, Inside block -> Click "Edit media" button -> click cross bar -> Click edit media again
the scroll bar on the right side stops coming.:
