Add Bodhi language to localize.drupal.org

I am Stanzin, a member of the Drupal community from Ladakh, a remote region in the Himalayas, India. Bodhi is an official Indian dialect spoken in my hometown. Currently, Bodhi is not represented on localize.drupal.org. Adding Bodhi will promote Drupal in our region and facilitate translation efforts, contributing to Drupal's accessibility and support in diverse linguistic communities. Please add Bodhi language to localize.drupal.org (I did check at http://bit.ly/yHndlP that there is no existing issue for this language).
