Module .js should be served minified (facebook_pixel)

I think this might be caused by COOKiES preprocess=false. We need to find out, if we can minify this without having to preprocess / combine this. https://git.drupalcode.org/project/cookies/-/blob/1.2.x/modules/cookies_...
I think preprocessing is not even the issue, but the scripts may not be combined with other JS. But that doesn't mean it may not be minified.
