Proposed resolution

  • Change core_version_requirement to ~10.3.0 || ~11.0.0 in the .info.yml file.
  • Change drupal/core to ~10.3.0 || ~11.0.0 in the composer.json file.
  • Switch to a Default Varbase SEO recipe and drop the use of the Module Installer Factory class in favour of Drupal Recipes
  • Change drupal/rdf to ~2 || ~3 in the composer.json file ( only for the 9.1.x branch and not install the RDF module
  • Remove RDF leftover configs from booth 9.1.x and 10.0.x branches
