Making open button label required for EBT Micromodal

Problem/Motivation

The same approach implemented for EPT Micromodal who has Open button label, and we recently make it required by default. It because if editors don't put any value on label text button this one won't work. If button isn't populated the user won't be able to open Modal, so doesn't makes sense create a Micromodal without button to open. So for this reason makes sense make the field required, with that editors will put a value for button (default is Open) and with that will works for end-users

Proposed resolution

Implement the form API making the Open field as required by default. It won't impact old content created but will helps new items being added
